MS2 V3.0-Jimstim 1.5- Help

Quick Intro: This is my first electronics build ever so I am having trouble diagnosing, as everything is pretty new to me. It will run my racecar so I don't care about idle and AC etc. Just simple ignition and injection. Motor is 13b from a gsl-se with s4 intake.

I ordered an MS1 V3.0 kit and decided to just upgrade to and MS2 and so ordered an MS2 CPU. (If this detail matters)
The setup:
-Tach will come from a 36-1 trigger wheel on the crank with a hall sensor
-Injectors will be 4 yellow rx8 injectors
-Ignition will be 4 COP LS2 logic level coils - Built using resistor method

My Issue:
It turns on and Tunerstudio reads it and generally thing appear to be fine. When hooked up to the jimstim I get a good rpm signal but the ignition and injector LEDs just stay on. I suspect they may technically be blinking so rapidly they appear steady, but that in itself is still a problem. If I slow the rpm down to say, 300 rpm, I can see the LEDs are technically flashing but at 300 rpms it's very fast.

I think my basic setup should be OK to at least give a proper signals (Not looking for a proper full tune)

Also I will attach a data log and tune file. I know people say to attach the ini file but the forum says invalid file type...

Any help would be so appreciated. I'm pretty lost on how to even start troubleshooting. Thanks!

OK, so I did a bunch of reading and diagnostic testing and my 4th ign circuit was slightly incorrect. I corrected that and also imported a tune for all the maps.

It seems it's working on the jimstim but maybe this is a much simpler question:

Since I am using the "resistor method", per the build manual, I have my ignition set to going low. So is it reasonable the I may not be able to identify that the LEDs are flashing? I just barely make out they are flashing at like 300rpm but after that they just appear solid to me.
