Ms2 v3.0 and jimstim vr circuit checking

Unfortunate circumstances have me second guessing my vr circuit and want to be sure the ecu is ok before I wire up the car. I am following aaroncakes guide and adding the zeal card from DIY.
I researched and found an older thread stating that to check the vr circuits using jimstim the set up is as follows...
Dip switch 5 on
2nd trigger to pin 31
12v tach pullups
Primary tach for vr signal
Ign LEDs to pin 27 and 29 to check pulse
D3 removed from stim
.1uf capacitor inline? (B/n 2 pin header at tach? Still unclear to me)

Also I have a spare cas I can wire up but am still confused about how to wire it in? Can anyone assist in this matter please? I believe spr1 and spr2 are vr2 hook ups?

Thank you for the help

Well on top of my previous concern, which I have yet been able to try, in regular hall mode I have no spark output on stim. I have a great rpm signal, all 3 LEDs on ms2 operate, and fp and injectors are firing away but when I jumper ign to ign 1 led I get nothing?? Can someone please point me in the correct direction

well i am up and running using sync. I flashed the latest 3.2.5 and have all leds on the ms2, ign leds are light up and so is the f idle led. I have no sync, no fuel pump led, and no inj leds. I am still unable to figure out the jimstim. My fuel pump led lights on output test mode but my injectors do not?? Can anyone assist me please?
