JS0 - JS3 Prewired to IAC1A - IAC2B

Okay, starting to figure this out I think. The V3 Prebuilt board I bought has JS0 - JS3 jumpered to IAC1A - IAC2B. These show up on the relay board terminal strip S#'d pins. This is where I thought my leads from the second VR circuit and the leads from the LED's would show up that I jumpered to SPare 1-4 on the MS2 V3 board. Should I take out those JSo-JS3 jumpers and put my 2nd VR circuit input and the LED leads to the IAC output pins.

I am using the Relay board cable from DIY as well as the assembled relay board from DIY.

Found the post on the MS2 that does indicate that I should got to the IAC#'d pads so did that. Also see where that same post indicates I should take the output of the second VR conditioner to JS10. But again that pad is already jumpered to a pin labeled IGN near the DB37 plug. Any thoughts on where the jumper from the IGN pad should go if I put the output of the second VR circuit to JS10?

According to the V3 schematics JS10 is tied to pin 17 on the CPU and the notes indicate this should be jumpered to the IGN lead and is labeled as an ignition output. So again, should I remove the JS10 jumper to IGN pad on my board and tie the output of the second VR circuit to JS10? Or do I tap on to the jumper to the ignition output pad so both leads go there. Or third option do I take the output of the second VR out to the ignition output pad by itself?

I'm sorry for all of these questions, but the information is just very confusing when I try to tie things back to the schematics. I really want to understand what I am doing instead of just following different threads, here and there. And of course having those extra jumpers already on the board has not helped my confusion even a little bit.

I haven't messed with mine in a while but one of the pictures in that link shows where I connected js10 its the orange wire going under the processor. You should be able to see what is going from the back picture of my board as well.

This stuff can be confusing, I have to admit I don't understand it all.

Thanks for the help. I think part of my problem is I am one of those people who always want to know why I am doing something before I do it.That and the fact that the fact that there are so many fragmented documents and they are not clearly labeled so I did part of my mods based upon MS1 and not MS2. But the one part that seems to be completely missing is a good concise document that gives the initial configuration for the MS2 using the current screens that I see when using the MSextra 2.1. The only screen shots I found do not look anything like what I see with the Megatune I just downloaded from the MSExtra site. Do you know if those screen shots might exist anywhere? If not once I dig my way through this I will try to fully document my trials and tribulations and get them posted for review with step by step directions on how to avoid my problems in the future. That is of course if I ever get this working. LOL.

yeah the MS is not for everyone, it is definitely challenging. I really wish I understood everything as well, im really thinking about going to one of the next meetings. We really need to get a bunch of guys together with a couple of guys who really know this stuff so everyone can get some good hands on experience.
