I just bought and assembled a jimstim and i am trying to get it to work with my ms. I built a second vr circuit and have the vr input wired to IAC2B as per Jobro's pdf file. I also have a .1uf wired in line from 2nd trigger to IAC2B(on the stim). When i turn on the stim none of the gauges work and the rpm goes all the way to 65k. Any suggestions?

That means your MS has a configuration error.

turn off the MS and load the mini-terminal in Megatune, and then turn the MS back on, and send the error that occurs.

I did as you suggested and nothing comes up in mini-terminal. Megatune definitely definitely knows ms is there, just not communicating for some reason...

 

you power-cycled the MS and nothing came up in the miniterminal?

So ive been messing around with it and its getting a little more of a signal now. The tach in megatune now jumps between 0 and 1. The Lights i have set up for spark on the jim stim flash. Could the reason im not seeing anything in megatune be that there is a bad connection on the db37?
