FD engine settings

I have a question regarding REW engine settings I currently have. I have a 1000cc/2200cc setup and I'm seeing 70% duty cycle at the top of third at only 9 psi. This is with E85 and a 61mm turbo.

I believe it may have something to do with my engine settings but the car runs perfectly fine, city driving and full throttle. See below for engine settings and a datalog. Anyone see anything weird with the settings? I'm running an MS2 v3.0, FFE hall sensor, 36-1 trigger wheel, and stock coils.
