MAZDATRIX PART to bleed off the fuel in the fuel rails (after shutting the engine off), so IF one has leaking injectors, the engine won't flood upon starting.

Either make a fuel cut switch or pull the plug off the fuel pump when you try to start the engine. Once the engine catches, then flip the fuel cut switch to ON or put the fuel pumps elect plug back on.

Rebuilt engines in some cases have low compression because the seals end pieces have not *broken* free of the apex seal yet. After starting and running for a while the pieces will seperate. Low compression will make the engine very difficult to start.
