I have an MS2 3.0 that I built using Aaron Cakes guide for my FC but I have since sold that car and purchased an FD.

I think I have the coil wiring figured out but I want confirmation before committing to it. The software changes would just be switching from FC mode to FD mode.

Pin 31, Leading trigger on the FC would stay the lead trigger on the FD.
Pin 27, Trailing trigger on the FC would become Front Trailing trigger on the FD
Pin 29, Trailing toggle on the FC would become Rear Trailing trigger on the FD

 

For future reference, this the correct wiring for FD coils using Aaroncakes guide. The three wires, LG, BR and BR/B run through the chassis harness so the connection can be made there.
