I'm running an MS2 3.0 with the latest firmware on a 13b-rew. I'm having issues getting the car to rev past 1500 rpm at really light throttle. I have the stock 12-1 crank trigger wheel along with the oem VR sensors. The megasquirt was built using Aaroncakes guide and the trigger settings are pretty much the same. Stock FD ignitor and coils.

I can get the car to idle with no lost sync counts but as soon as it hits 1500 rpm, the rpms drop to 0 and the sync counts go up.

 

I'm able to get timing to match with a Tooth #1 angle of 35 degrees with both "Falling edge"...idle was rock steady. I'm still not able to rev it past 1500 rpms though. If I set both to capture on "Rising Edge", I need to change Tooth #1 angle to 55 degrees but I noticed that the crank timing wasn't as steady.

Ignore all the posts above. I received my FFE 36-1 trigger kit, bolted it on, changed tunerstudio settings and it fired right up.
