1k-4.7k should work.

I used 4.7k ones on my normal MS v3 for the rx7 because I had some problems with 1k ones on a friend's car, but most people are fine with 1k.

and i need those on both vr2 and wled and they both come from 12V? Sorry if this is a silly question.

 

Wait, VR2 shouldn't need a pullup, it's for a VR input...

The WLED one will need a pullup, and 1k should do.

Here is a question i have not seen anybody ask so i'm going to mention it.

According to the microsquirt manual, due to an extra transistor in the VR circuits the setting for "Ignition Input Capture" should be reversed from any MS2 documentation you are following. Has anybody done this?
I have not seen this discussed out side the manual so I figured it was worth bringing up even if the maunal is pritty clear about it.
