CAS Stabbing (Need Confirmation)
Hi All
I just rebuilt my street port engine for my race car. It has been a long while since I stabbed the distributor to set the crank angle sensor. I am running MS1 on a V3 board with the pull up resistor. I am using the 24 wheel with the two teeth missing opposite each other.
Settings are:
Wheel Decoder Base Teeth 12
2nd Trigger Enable OFF
Missing Teeth -1
Trigger A 1
Trigger A Return 3
Trigger B 7
Trigger B Return 9
Dual Dizzy Mode Normal
Wheel Decoder Routine 024s9stye
Spark Settings
Trigger Angle 60
Trigger Angle Addition 0
Crank Timing Trigger Return
Crank Advance Angle 5
Hold Ignition 1 (Correct? Yes/No if No should it be zero)
Fixed Angle -10
Trim Angle (Deg) 0
With the above setting after setting in the CAS and having it lined up in the center of the lock down stud and with the crank shaft located at 0 TDC. Should I have the third tooth (Counting clockwise from the missing tooth) after the missing tooth lined up with the bottom pick up that has the red /white wire connected to it?
Thanks in Advance
