Drop RXmotors an email here in the UK, they sell and use the ecu with many of their customers. I'm sure Tim would be happy to share a base map with you.

They have included base maps that should be able to get you up and running. Even in the software demo off their site they have maps for several different configurations and cars. Maybe it's time we get a Link subforum?

Link G4 Base maps

Heres two to get you started. What kind of injector setup and modifications are you using? Just unzip the file I've uploaded in this post and open them in the PCLink software to get you started.

Do you have a wideband? If it's flooding just subtract some fuel from the cells in the area of the map. Post the map that you are using and I'll see if I can get it running better for you. You'll have to put it in a zip file first. Or you could also try one of the other maps, but both injectors setups are off from what you are using. What base pressure are you running for you fueling? The Link is a great ECU, but it doesn't have a whole lot of support.

Agreed, on paper the specs on this ecu is just over the top. and I was quoted $1400 plus shipping for the wired in version. that is one very good deal.

Needs it's own subforum.

I've asked several times in PM's to have a Link/Vi-PEC sub-forum added, but I'll I've heard back was, "I'll see what I can do." Maybe if you guys send a few messages they would get the hint.

almost done here with the installation of a Link G4 RX

before this was my setup
- power fc
- twin power
- FJO peak and hold driver
- avc-r boost controller
- stock coils
- 1680 and 850 injectors

new setup
- Link G4 RX
- LS coils
- 1100 and 2200cc injectors Bosch Motorsport

GT35R on E85

It was running for a few years now... but last dyno session electronics got to warm from heat soak... one spark plug did not work for a while.

Time to change the complete system

we have worked with Link ECU for a while now on Nissan Skylines.

I've been really looking at this ecu for several months but the lack of other users input is holding me back. Are there are usa rotary shops supporting this ecu? A lot of features in the ecu that make it appealing (to me at least).

There are a few folks running this ECU on the forums. We really need our own sub forum for Link/Vi-PEC. I very much look forward to Howards install and review.
