ha i actually drive a neon as my other car.. i know about them even tho its slow ( i have a stx) but most SRT-4 owners dont have fart cans because they just take it off and leave it at the DP i believe.. most iv seen haven't had catbacks

 

yes most owners run dumps with an e-cutout. I had a 3" side exit w/o cat on mine but had to get rid of it to get a sticker, Mass FTL lol.

 

i myself, wouldn't give a SRT-4 owner much credit....90% of them can't drive and never set their cars up the right way.(not all of them but most) there is a large group up here who have stage 2 or 3s almopst every one of them run like Ecsta 711s or some crap street tire, and launch too high burnin gthe tires off through 1st and 2nd. my buddy works at Archer racing and before he sold it, had his set up pretty good running 16psi and race gason a stage 2 with toyo Ra1s and he was running some good times....but all the other ones spend money on all this stage **** and run like a 13 spinning through 3rd????WTF

i personally like them but would not own a FWD again.

The hapless victims in the SRT-4 were beggining me for a race. Revving their engine at me and laughing at my -as you would say - "trashy fc with paint ******* falling off lol."

I gave them a race and handed their *** to them. They only get the thumbs down because they brought it on themselves prior to the run.

at the SRT-4 drivers on here. They have the biggest inferiority complex. Worse than those camaro/STi people who were here last summer.

I don't have an inferiority complex. People love to hate neons so be it, makes it all the better when they get beat by one. personally I don't have an issue with any car just with some drivers.

 

Err...I don't take anyone seriously in an SRT-4. Even if you're only interested in drag racing there are MUCH better options out there. Its a bucket *** FWD 4 door with crappy *** neon interior and goofy styling. Just my opinion though.

 

there's a reason why they're called "fastest in they're class", because compaired to a real sports car, they arent all that fast. they do just look like grocery getters.

 

You *must* be from MN. If you ever go to Sabin all the SRT-4 owners run high 13's, spin first, second, and then chirp third or something. No matter the modifications or upgrades.

That I don't mind at all. But the fact that they all say they need slicks to run better then a 13.5 is beyond me. That and they sure take the entire Neon thing to heart.
