well im new to this site. i was looking for a nice rx7 to fix up but havent found one yet. anyway i love this section on kills. on my other forums we arent allowed to talk about it.

So the first race is me. se contour with cat back exhaust. vs my friend in his cobalt ss supercharged bone stock. start was single beep standstill start. he pulled right off the line by a car. i shift up to 2 and he doesnt really gain more ground. i go for 3rd and all of a sudden hes dead in the water. he missed a shift. so win 1 goes to the tour.

Second race. had to race agian becuase it wasnt fair to lose on a missed shift. we pull up to the light and agree to go when it turns. well it turned before we both could get the revs up. but he had a jump on me and just kept pulling maybe 5 or six cars.

third race. now my friend with his bone stock 300zx turbo is with us. his rear tire was on its belt so he wasnt launching and ran at 75 percent throttle. all three at the light, revs up and ready to go. light turns. we launch the cobalt pulls half a car on each of us. but this time he wasnt getting away. the 300zx was right beside me. the whole way. the 300zx would have won if he had tires

Well thats my first race story. sorry it doesnt compare to the speed of your rx7's but we try to have fun anyway. hope you enjoi

its an se v6 5 spd 170 bhp. svt is 200 hp. my friend cant launch very well haha. i know my car is slow. i wanted to see how it ran agianst him to see what i need to do to get it up to speed. i pick my battles. usually kids on bicycles and big wheels.

dont knock the tour. they are finally making supercharger and turbo kits at really affordable prices. couple people pushing over 300hp at the wheels.
