I should have a big update for you guys after this weekend.
I'm moving back to A&M this weekend, and I've arranged to meet with his father to discuss his sons implication in everything that's happened, and how I'm going to proceed if he doesn't cooperate ($$$$$$)

if some ****** hit my car and took off and i caught him there would be no 4 month story behind it, it would be over that night and i sure wouldn't have posted the evidence on a online message board.

You should've reported this to his school too, try and get him expelled. Also inform the cops of his dealings. A depending on what he is studying he may have to change majors. (ie: get a drug charge = ZERO chance of being a pharmacist)

You could at least pour cat urine down his windshield so the smell will get into his HVAC system. It's something you could do without it even being noticeable other than smell so he shouldn't know for sure that someone actually did something. Just a thought. And of course turn him in to the cops and/or beat the **** out of him. I'd paralyze him, or at least I wish I could.

Wow, i can't believe i just spent the past 30 minutes reading a single post, but this story is good. You seem like a nice guy and i hope you are able to peacefully resolve things with this guy, but if things don't turn out peachy, i hope you take advantage of some of the useful revenge tips some of these posts have.
