just handed his *** over in his awesome f-150

v-8 dood vs. 88 TII vert...hahah
So i was just driving back home from work and the *** hole decides to ride my *** and keep reving his v-8 with his exhaust and intake. It was a 2000'ish model.

Well.....I'm like wtf? Why wont he just pass, i'm the the slow lane in town (35 mph zone), so i just step on it a little. He pushes me from behing and now i'm like **** sucker.

So....i decide to switch lanes, as soon as i do he floors it, by the time i downshifted and looked over, his tailights were infront of me so i floor it and hit like 70 2nd gear lol, by the time I went into 3rd gear he was about 5 cars behind me lmao!!!

Well, i decided to go normal now and he does a ricer (but v-8) fly by and i'm just chillin until we both hit the highway.

He slowed down and and came up right next to me and kept tapping the the gas, so now i'm thinking if he didnt learn the 1st time he will now.

I shifted into 3rd and wot! I left him from the second i stepped on it until i hit about 115 mph and slowed down. He came up AGAIN and this time i gave him 2 car lengths start. Surprise surprise, i handed his *** over to him again.

So now the moral of the story....wft is up with the cocky v-8 guys?

There is a kid at school with a 94 Camaro z-28 with .30 bore over, rebuilt engine, and intake, no exhaust that wants to race me for money. All his friends say my car is a piece and he is going to beat me really bad.....do yall think i should do it? His is an auto though...

lol, you think i can take him? I saw him do a burnout one day when i was behind him (show off mother ******) and he has positive traction or whatever its called so he started sliding sideways, wasn't that extreme though, just a few seconds...

for real though, i'll try to race him this weekend, i'm just worried about loosing money haha

You have positraction too. Except posi is only called that on GM vehicles. To everyone else it is known as a limited-slip differential.

Hard to say who would win. Your mods? Is he a good driver? Take it to the track so there is no doubt one way or the other (slips don't lie.) Win big, or lose big.

And make sure the money is in somebody elses hand before the race. Nothin' like winning and then not getting anything for it.

I think you have the moral of the story wrong...

You should have been thrown into jail for doing 115 in a 35. That's the true moral of the story.

He was on the highway when he was goin 115mph he wasnt on the 35mph road. Read stuff better before you add some dumb remark.

As for me not reading correctly, you're right about the 35... I was wrong - I missed that. But, as for dumb remarks - F*ck You, he still should go to jail for doing 115 on a public highway.

I think the Z28 will smoke you. I wouldn't do it...especially if your TII is mostly stock.

Yes, because this is the kills section it is OK to exceed the speed limit by almost 100 percent. Old woman! Wow, that hurt.

Your words are feeble like an old woman's...lol you guys kill me!

But seriusly, why have a kill section where you cant post kills? common man, dont wanna know how fast we can go dont come in here, simple as that.

Hey Peyman, what do you mean you'll give the Z28 a shot once you get a t2 ecu and power steering? How the hell is that engine running? Just wondering...

my 87 t2 with a intake, exhaust ,and chip was much faster than my stock 95 z28 vert. Try to get a couple mods before you race him.

First and foremost, BLKTOPTRVL, if things like this offend you in any shape, size or form, please don't visit the kills section. That's what this section is made for, not trying to be an ***...just stating the facts.

and as far as going 115 down the highway for a few seconds was made on the decision that there were 2 cars i saw on the highway the whole time this happened, and they were in the opposite direction, on the other side of the big median. I have enough common sense to not drive like a ******* with traffic around me.

2FAST7S, i have a 88 convertible with a TII engine swap from the previous owner. He never swapped to a tII tranny, or tII ecu, not to mention the tII pressure sensor (a.k.a ps). My car runs ok right now, a little rough idle and i think i have a lot of carbon buildup which i'm taking care of soon so I'm going to get her right! I have already ordered a tII ecu and ps, so i'm getting there slowly. I'm bone stock except a 3" dual cat back exhaust....

i guess i'll try to get him to race for fun, i know if he wins he's going to be talking to everyone about it for the rest of the year, but if i win, i'm not the type to walk around bragging. If any one ask me about it, i'll tell em how it went.

I wouldn't be the man to tell you for sure, but I do know the N/a tranny can't hold what the turbo will put out for very long.

I'd personally think that 4ooo is fine, but I'm sure someone else can tell you exactly what they can handle.

just do it from a roll, tell him you don't have "posi" and then he'll want to go from a dig after you beat him rolled. the true time to launch beautifully and laugh your *** off and you enter 3rd gear pulling buslengths, lt1s are slouches with no blower

Just curiouse what your running along with the N/A ECU to give that engine fuel under boost? Sorry but as for now it sounds like you just have an N/A block with a turbo bolted to it and no compensation for fuel.

A TII with low comp. stock ports intake and 3"turbo back is pretty damn fast, for stock turbo. I know someone that dynoed 240whp with a 2.5 turbo back and rtek ecu.

No clue what a Z28 runs but if anything you should at least give him a good run.
Good luck!

i would say go for it. even though i have and FD and not a TII i raced a modded Z28 and had him pulled hard 3-4 cars but then he sprayed. i lost but if he didn't spary then he would have his *** handed to him. i'm mosty stock intake, DP, CB and on my secondary turbo i'm running WG spring pessure wich is only 7 psi.
