Yeah, that's Timmy's car on his avatar. White TII with black 5Zigen 5 spoke wheels. Very clean.

And yes, that was on I4

Check out this link. He made over 510+rwhp on pump gas. He now has more mods, and on race gas. What's with everyone doubting everything? It's almost getting to the point that I don't even want to contribute my vids or stories any more without anyone calling bs or calling people ricers and **** (from another thread).

Pics don't do his car any justice. Just to listen to that thing idle makes you wanna cry. 5 inch turbo back exhaust sounds like heaven on that Supra, even at narrow throttle as he partially boosted once through down town Orlando. Oh, I remember that night like it was just yesterday.

I wish, but school. If he doesn't sell it in 2 years, I'm SET!

Good luck selling it, I really do love that car.

When this turbo spools, and drowns out the 5 inch exhaust with it's whistle, it's all the school you'll ever need.

2jz + 60-1@20psi = 600hp
Turbos that make only ~500rwhp (GT42, T-88H) on rotary engines seem to make more like 800-100rwhp on larger displacement piston engines like 2JZs, 5.0s, Modular Ford engines, and LS1s. Just an observation I made. Besides, this guy was probably running ~28-30psi on race gas. And yes, people use 60-1s, even on turbo Mustangs and make big power.

Learn how to read a flow map and you won't be posting "seem to make" posts. Yes, a GT42 will hit 1000rwhp depending on the A/R. You can hit over 500rwhp on a 60-1 too.

Rotaries just can't handle any boost hence the "It doesn't matter what turbo you run they all put down around 400rwhp on pump anyway...dynocharts".

Video's are always good though.

Yeah, that's true too, but adding the other rotor is very very expensive. I personally think the best thing that has come into the Rx-7 world in the last 5 years is the Ls1 swap.

I remember 4-5 yeas ago people were still getting 350-400rwhp on pump still the same today....very little progress.

Ls1's built 500rwhp all day long with heads/cam. Spray some juice or stroke it and the sky is you limit. No more rebuilds and no more headaches.

And this is relative to this thread how? You obviously haven't visited the single turbo section lately since there are plenty of 500+rwhp rotaries out there now.

Sorry, for hogging your thread, and good runs by the way. I'll disagree though still no 500rwhp pump gas 2 rotors out there. Everyone always put's down the same.

Wyum was putting down 400rwhp back in 98' in his Rx-7 on pump gas and with all the turbo kits out there and all the "What kit should I get" questions it's still around 400rwhp on pump gas.

You have a nice setup and good luck.

Yeah, well there was a lot more footage from that night of me actually winning! I'm having my rematch with the SC soon. We're actually gonna go from my desired MPH this time, no more 25mph rolls from 2nd gear.
