that thing is a turd, i though prelude weigh around 3000lbs, why does his weigh so much. and 2nd or 4th should be the easiest gears to hit, how he is missing those are beyond me. and yeah that thing doesnt seem to pull at all for 350whp

yeah preludes are always going to be slow...that's why you don't see more than a couple at a IDRC race event.......mostly civic coupes and mostly hatchbacks and CRX's.......
Swap that motor to a hatch it will be a rocket like all hell just broke loose.
That guy needs to practice his shifting...Maybe it's that short shifter that is adding to the shift problems.
At any rate the ultimate downfall of the Prelude has always been its incredibly long gearing......The JDM tranny has much shorter gearing like a GSR tranny....

people with 400hp prelude should get into the 12's easily. i think his huge turbo may be why he pulls so slow. i dont think i've ever heard of anyone with a 4 cylinder engine running a t4. most turbo people go with t3/t4 hybrids. to some of the people who are bashing hondas, getting a civic into the 11's with only about 10k is very doable if you know what you're doing. getting into the 11's all motor is also possible for under 10k, including the car. some of you gotta agree that is very respectable, a 4 cylinder fwd going that fast for that little money. obviously you can go faster that that for less money with a v8, but i bet some of you didn't know that hondas have that much potential.
