Best of luck.
It should go in the Bad and Fugly Business where I started a thread last month. The two threads should be merged.

I would assume ebay will only let you post feedback on items purchased through there. That's where it needs to be since that's where the crook has moved his busines dealings. Correct me if I'm wrong and I'll gladly leave some choice words there.

Another avenue to pursue would be if this clown has an acutal business license and pays taxes.

I notice that Paypal is the only method of payment JKL takes. Even though you guys are past the 45 days to file a dispute for refund, Paypal encourages you to file a dispute so that can have a history of the vendor's business practices and can use that when settling disputes.

I am going to put a few things together in the next couple days, what I would like is a complete listing of everyone that can prove that they sent JKL money and is still waiting for their part. I need a list of everyone's screen names on this forum, what was ordered, how much money you sent him, how you sent that payment, and when the payment was made. Normally I would recommend that individuals contact law enforcement and file a complaint, or seek legal action, but in this case, I am going to try to prepare something special for our friend Kevin....more to follow. If anyone here knows someone that should be on this list, please contact them and ask them to get included. Thanks in advance

Jon

It's your choice but if you want to risk losing your money, just send it to me. Why don't you see if he'll answer a new customer's phone call and tell him you want to buy a boat load of parts but want to know what he's doing to resolve his outstanding debts to the Rx7 Forum members.

JKL has been banned from RX-7 Club. Even the Powers that Be cannot get in contact with him.
