JKL Sponsored Race Car @ Infineon 2009 NASA TTS........Pics & Vids
Here are some pictures of the most recent event our sponsored race team attended and we figured that we should share some of the pictures and video with everybody.
The race car has our full carbon GT-S custom widebody kit on it. (only front bumper is made of our FlexFiber material) The kit is the same one we offer in the GB but several components were custom made to fit their racing application.
Sorry if our decals are too small to see on the car/dash. We did not have enogh time to supply them with newer large size decals.

I cannot seem to embed the video in such a way that it can be directly played in the post. So if anyone knows how to do it, please feel free to let me know or repost it again.

Good to hear about Adam's exploits
That's weird coz I thought they were running 14 psi. But I have not personally been there during their events so I am not sure exactly on what they did. They informed me of the redline time attack but it is unfortunate to see their engines blow for that event.
Since their race team is still fairly new, so I think they are gaining lots of experience from every event they go through. I wish them good luck on the future events since they do put a lot of money and efforts into their cars.

New to racing, not exactly. They used to run with subaru. New to rotary, yes very much so.
They were very nice fellows, just caught a bad break. I'm sure they will be skimming the forums to gain as much info as possible. I think it was an eye opening experience, kind of a "welcome to the turbo rotary family" in a bad way.
Hope to see them at the next event with properly set up cars.
Repping hard for JKL
P.S. You need to get some larger stickers for them, people were asking a lot of questions about the kits. I just kept telling them where to find you.

The rotary race team we sponsor is only about one year old. The guys you met could have been their drivers and mechanics who also operate GOTO Racing, another race team. I do not know much about GOTO Racing in terms of their history but I do see subarus when I last visited them couple months ago.
Yea, we are working on larger decals and definitely have to get them the bigger ones so people can actually see our name on track.

Congrats to Tapped Racing #66 taking 1st place in modified RWD class Redline Time Attack at Willow Springs!
