AZ Starting with a day at the track!

Well what can I say, bought my 1993 FD bout 4-5 yrs ago with engine burn and finally built up a nifty little ride thanks to Elliot at Turblown and blew a rotor on the first day on the track at firebird(original engine and a lot of power). But, getting a new engine already in the bay for the next track meet. Excited and hoping to meet dedicated drivers, figured I wouldn't post till I got my wheels going. By the way anybody know if those C-2 headlights conversion kits by frpbodykits are any good? Please let me know, Plus any Rotary meets that are coming up, really would like to meet any other FD riders in town.

Well I believe I was well above the 400's on tune day then on track day I lost one of my rotors but still managed to pull away from a Z06 Vette. I was happy to give my old faithfull at least one good day at the track it is the send off that all original motors deserve.

But with all the bad there is some good. My new motor and old upgrades should put me well in the 600's. I'll keep you all posted and can't wait to get out there again, I was promised a bigger bang when I blow this one, let's see if this is true
