Finally got the recommendation to use this site to advertise my 83 limited Edition which I will put up for sale. Heard a lot of good things here, trying to get my head around the requirements so any hints I would be grateful. Mike

I keep the car in greater Cincinnati. Bought it in Ramsey NY in 1983, gone cross country in it a couple times, awesome. So you see, originally from north Jersey!

that is good to know as I was told just the other day the ten posts still applied. Really, I expect this is the forum that will appreciate how I care for the car and the pain resolving to it is best to sell it. I looked at Hemmings and tried corresponding but they were not so engaging. Oh well.

and it's not really necessary to post a reply every few minutes. with 4 posts now u should have no problem posting an ad in the classifieds. discussion, questions, etc on the selling of the car can only take place in the marketplace.

thanks, good to know. My first time using blogs. I have some work to do on the car, like a detail, and to come up with a reasonable price yet. So I am hoping this will help me get it loaded appropriately. Thanks. Any feedback on 83 Ltd Ed - I am all ears! Mike

We can give you all of the feedback we are able to once details about the car are posted. Overall condition, miles, recent repairs, items that need attention, rust issues in the wheels wells, maintenance history etc. You can make a post in the 1st Gen section and we can guide you from there. With that said, the 83 LE is absolutely a car I'd love to own!

getting organzied
1st Gen site. Hm, gotta go looking for that, been on holiday for a while, slow response.
I have a ton of photos in the cloud / thought of making a link to that. To your point, car never seen snow but I have not taken photos inside the wheel wells. Nor have I taken it to a lift to shoot underside. Can we live with me climbing under, and from your experience what section of underneath is most important to take? Fully know I need to write a comprehensive report on the car. Any other thoughts, and thanks for insight. Mike
