Reliability mods first!!!! Make sure everything is in top notch condition from oil to coolant related stuff.

Next do fuel management and upgrade the fuel system with bigger injectors and better fuel pump. Fuel pump from an FD is an excellent pump.

From there you can start doing HP mods such as more boost.

front mount is more an aesthetic. doesnt always help. my buddy installed a front mount on his 91 and ended up taking it off because of turbo lag.

anyways, like what guy above me said. maybe a walbro fuel pump and other basic stuff like spark plugs and wires, oil filter, fuel filter..

but cooler air makes your engine much happier, and i can say the front mount easily added 20-30hp. my clutch even started slipping because of the increase. i really dont notice any lag. but if there is any the high end definitely makes up for it.

I would first go through the car and make sure engine, trans, coolant and other fluids are clean and fresh. I would also check the engine over for any leaks or future problems. Before modding I would make sure the car was in good running condition.
