Hello, my name is John. My dad bought an 85 FB w/ a 12A about 3 years ago and we've been working on it intermittently. I live in Northern VA and he lives in the Shenandoah Valley. I am a long time forum stalker.

Haha, apex. I love the 12A, but I am jealous of the power, fuel injection, and LSD of the SE. I may gut a junker if I can find one.

I just got an LSD pumpkin from a 5 letter. I'm gonna put a 4.78 gear in it. Gears are power. And carburetors are excellent devices. Stripped Nikki, baffle-free exhaust, life is good.

Did you find the pumpkin at a junkyard? I've heard read good things about the 4.78, it goes on the list after the two things we have and haven't installed (roll bar & bushings) and the next things to order (brakes).
