Front section coming along

Passenger door getting sanded

Drivers door getting sanded

Passenger side carbon fiber mirror putting the screw into it

All fiberglassed in

Passengers door back on and out skin on

Passenger wing mirror all on




Drivers door all marked out to be cut this will be the new door lines

Curve part all cut out

Drivers side mirror i used moddeling clay to pack the inside

Made this template for the rear lights

With the lens on

Passenger side mirror all put together


All wired up and tested the lthe full beam light is from America, the indicator is from a
VW Bora, the small side light is from a Peugeot 106 and the main light its not present its
a HID kit


Drivers side headlight being put together

Rear light template all cut out an hole drilled out

Got the centre holes drilled out by a local engineering shop with a 24mm drill bit the brake lights that are going in are 27mm so a bit of filing had to be done

Drivers side done

Rear lens trial fitted

Template made for the rear lens

Tacked on to see how it fits

All welded underneath and top welds ground back


Lens re-fitted to the bracket to see if it all lines up

Doesnt look to bad

Got the drivers side all drilled out as well


More filing going on

The rear lens housing am building the drivers side now

The passenger side rear light the corner bracket being made

Drivers side bracket made

Housing fitted

Lens test fitted fits perfect

Nearly there ran out of metal so i will have to get some Monday

Got the throttle cable connected, the Citroen wiper motor all wired up

Re-skimmed the driver door

Painted the rear light shells white



Front headlight trial fitted


Hedlight cover trial fitted

All sanded

Door lip all sanded

Passenger door lip sanding

Passenger door handle mechanism being sanded as there was a fair amount or rust on it

Rubbed down and primed

Window runners

First one cut and primed

Small one cut

Door strip

Bonded on and left to dry for 24h

A bit of weight added

Passenger side window runners all done and rubbers put in just waiting for them to dry
the screws were used to keep the rubbers opened and will be removed when the glue is dry

Passenger window trail fitted

Made round brackets for the low beam HID

All completed and left to dry

Ok the side light arrived all the way from Hong Kong only took 3 weeks

Side light LED lit up

Main healight beam working HID

Low beam and side light all working

Bit of wiring for the rear lights a pain but am getting through it

Nearly all wires ran (number plate only used to position number plate light)

Booth and spoiler back on

One of the rear lights alot of wiring going on here

Ok am still waiting on led from Hong Kong so i got the passenger rear light nearly completed only missing a few leds i hope they come soon.

Wired up another batch of whit led's

Sprayed two screws these will hold the rear lights on

The brake lights are working yee haa

Ok got the passenger side indicators working back and front am using one of the headlights to test them


Reverse light on its bright



Wiring harness for all of the LED's what a pain of a job

Time for the lambo to be pulled out for the monthly unit clean




Bit of sanding on the drivers A pillar


Made this bit and fiberglassed it in place


Sills all fiberglassed and left to dry out over night

Cheers guys its something to pass time by :-)

Ok light skim of filler over the fiberglass

Heavy filler black spray used to see the low spots and then blocked sanded

All blocked sanded and taking shape

A few low spots re-filled


Side skirt skimmed

Was at the printers today as i modified my wiper mechanism here are the new logos i got done.


Picked this up as well a bit of re-designing by the rpinter guyon this one but it take sthe plain look off the front when the bonnet is open (not to everybody taste be warned)
