I am based in the UK and i am half way through a fortune build on my highly modified Rex. I have had full air ride fitted and a few other little goodies.

Wow! Thats a full on bodykit, hardly even looks like a rx7 anymore. How many hrs have gone into the bodywork so far? Looks like a mammoth task

 

its just the fortune kit homie... theyre relatively common. im definitely a fan of it, maybe one day i'll have the opportunity to do one.

what all do you have going on in the engine bay?

 

The car was imported 4th August 2008
The rx7 has been on the rolling road pushing 423BHP @ only 0.7Bar

The car has been de tuned to 423BHP but is capable of 700BHP. Once the bodywork has been done, it will go off to the tuners to take it back up to the 700BHP

 

Nice mod list! It should be a beast when back on the road. What color are you going with?

 

Wow, excellent list. So it goes as fast as its gonna look. What's the details on the power steering relocation? Do you have any pictures of the engine bay?

 

The sleeping Beast

 

A lot of detailing to do but the hard work is done on the tuning. The colour is going to be House of Kolor Kandy Rootbeer all over. I wanted to get away from the stock black and orange etc. I have also deleted the rear wing, i prefer the lines of the car without it.

I am into this car for nearly 18 months work and still at least 3 months to go i reckon

 

Whilst i think of it, i do not like the door mirrors that come with the fortune kit and would like to replace them with a Ganador Aero style of mirror instead. Does anybody know of any available? It does not have to be genuine Ganador but the same style if possible.
