kinda new
Hi,
my name is samantha, and i'm kinda new to RX7's. My parents got me an 88 Rx7 when i was in highschool, but i blew the motor about a month before i left for basic training. That would be almost 5 years ago now and i finally have enough time/money to try to fix it up. I was thinking of converting it over to a turbo but i have no idea how to do that. I grew up as more of a piston girl.

Welcome Sam.
If I was dead set on a turbo, I'd be more tempted to swap in a turbo motor than have to worry about all the ancillary things that need to be taken care of to properly convert an NA to a turbo. I've just seen too many people take forever and have the projects become very delayed and over budget as a result of all those little things snowballing on them.
TLDR; welcome, swap a turbo motor in instead of converting the NA into a turbo.
