I'm kind of new
Hi guys. I just wanted to take my time to re-introduce myself. I feel this is necessary as I have been absent from the site for quite some time and I never introduced myself the first time around either.
I got my first car when I was 16, over 10 years ago. it was a '84 base model rx-7. I instantly fell in love. Over time I had collected a few different daily drivers and of course had a fleet of parts cars. Shortly after I initially joined the forum though, I sold my whole rx-7 collection. At the time it was the right thing to do. I was working two jobs and going to school full time. I just didn't have the time for the 7's anymore.
Now I am in the Army (currently in Iraq). As the end of my tour (15 months) has been approaching and my savings account has been getting bigger, the bug has struck me again. I new I had to get back in the game and not better way to do it then get back on the forum. I just purchased an '85 GSL-SE from FIRE85GSL-SE who is a long time member of the forum. His loss is my gain and i couldn't be more happy. Not for his loss of course, but for my gain. I have a friend taking care of her until i get back in February. then I have a lot of time to make up for being without a rotary for so long.
I also want to thank everyone for all the help I received previously on the forum. I hope I can continue to learn and help out others in the future.
