Hi From another new guy!
I just picked up my '79 rx7. I think it is the 3190th off the line. It is in pretty good shape of the age.
It is my first introduction to the rotary engine and I think it is awesome!! A simple design with so much power from two rotors.
I want to keep the old original look. but over time I want to add some performace improvements (Exhaust and intake). This weekend I plan to change the transmission and rear end oils. I attached the only picture I have. (No time for picture taking too much fun driving this toy!!)
I look forward to learning from all the vetrans and hope I can eventually contribute to the club as well.

Are you sure thats a 79 because that is MINT! don't put anything other then stock on that and throw collector plates on that because it is deserving of nothing less. Don't turn it into one of these SA/FBs that are mutilated for no gain
