Hello. My name is Trey and I'm the relative new owner of a 93 touring FD. I bought my rolling chassis over a year ago (may 2009) and have been building it up since. I painted it in a community college course. The engine I dropped in was a JDM engine from JRX. It was installed and ran for about 10 miles, but was having hot start issues and blowing white smoke from the moment i put it in...so...rebuild it is. That's where I'm at now with the car.


My other project is an all carbon fiber widebodied WRC themed GC Subaru Impreza. I still have to make the carbon fiber doors and roof for it, but i hope to have THAT one done before the end of the year as well.

 

Community colleges sure have come a long way! Interesting project there!
