Whats up rx7club
Hi my name is Alex. Ive been browsing through the forum for quite a while and finally decided that it was time to join. Ive learned so much. Have read a lot of Howard Coleman's threads.
I own a 93 touring that i bought about 9 months ago. Picked it up for 6.5k , supposedly it was low compression which it wasnt. However, it did have its problems. Hesitation and bucking, tps needed adjusting, passenger side control arm popping and slight 5th gear grind.
This was my first rotary powered car and i love it. Dont think ill ever go back to pistons! Its actually torn down right now, just got the engine rebuilt and put back together (my first rebuild). I am in the process of converting it from twins to single. I did have a lot of pictures to start a build thread, but i ended up losing my phone and majority of them were on there . I will take some more pictures and eventually start one so i can keep track of what ive done.
Anyway thats a little bit on me. Hope to meet some of you guys as soon as i start heading out to some rotary meets hehe. Keep up the good work rx7club!
