Hello from Ma.
Just a short introduction. I own a 1979 RX7S that I bought new when I was in the Air Force. I had been stationed in the Philippines for 15 months and when I got back to the states I wanted a sports car. I happened to stop at a Mazda dealer and the salesman asked me if I wanted to try out an RX7. I had never heard of one. Needless to say, I bought it. It presently doesn't run and I really don't have the expertise to restore it so I joined the club with the thoughts of selling it. As soon as I get enough posts I will put it in the classified.

Well, at least you're completely honest about why you're registering with our website. Rest be assured, if you decide for real to not try to get your baby back on the road, she'll find a good home with one of our rotorheads.

Pretty sad to hear yet really good to hear. you took the time to go out of your way to make sure a rotorhead got it... I would love to see pictures of a first owner SA... I know a lot about them so if u want me to take pics and give you a good price with EASY details you can find a rotary owner that would take it... (Common rust spots, Common problems...) might even get it running...
If you change your mind and want to start working on it i can point u to the right places or maybe even help u out myself Just drop me a PM. might even want to take it off your hands...
Well i think i went on enough, just thought i'd let u know we are still out here lol.

As an addition to my introduction, in the early 80s I used to love to go to Lime Rock Park in Ct. to watch the RX7s race. I remember them to be really loud and winning a lot because they were very reliable. I also saw Paul Newman, Walter Payton and Bruce Jenner race.
