Hi-

I had just finished a mini build on my GTR and figured that I had spent about as much money as was sensible (or not) on my car obsession-

this lasted about a month then id dawned on me that if i went back in time a little I could buy a fun project car for less than I dropped on the GTR AMS intercooler and hardpipes (actually quite a bit less)-

And considering my first sports car was a 1981 RX-7 (which was later fitted with a twin webber equipped street ported motor from Hayes Engineering) I started looking for a genII RX-7

I was thrilled to pick up a red 91 convertible in decent shape and a recently rebuild motor (which does not seem to be even close to 160 hp- yet!)
