Woah, The New......
Woah, the new VeilSide body is awesome. Called the D1-GT or GP. Its not your typical VeilSide look. Im almost tempted to take off my Ings body, sell it, and pick up the new VeilSide.....even the wing. I really like the streetable, yet racey look of it.
Anyone else agree? Also, does anyone know of a quality site that it can be picked up from? Because if I do decide to take of my Ings and sell it (for far cheaper since it has candy orange paint all over it, it would be a good deal for you.
Someone give me some comments.

Personally I think its realy ugly, but thats just me. I like the original bumper or the 99 spec.

Ugly just like the other ones as well. Ive only seen one 7 with the veilside kit on it that looks good and its also on a 9 second car so that makes a bit of a difference as well. I too like the 99 spec look as well as the re amemiya n1 wide body kit.

Veilside has always been an acquired taste. Seemed like recently they had started doing more conservative designs. However this new kit has some of the original veilside flair and I do like the new GT kit for the FD as well as the rx8.

I like the sides, but the rear, front and spoiler make me want to
I mean I guess the front isnt that bad, but your FD would have to be like that 1 inch from the frucking ground to look good due to the low part of the bumper being big like that.
If its normal height, it would look like you have a snow plow, a piece of pizza for a car, or just a plain pooper scooper.

I'd like to see how long that low front-end lasts when it starts meeting our American built bumpy roads.

but i guarantee you...99% of these 50+ ppl who ordered the Veilside kit are NOT on the forum...because usually the way it works out (and i stress usually..so as to not generalize and speak for anyone) is that ppl who like j-spec and 99-spec and wut not are enthusiasts who know history and heritage of the FD (or any car for that matter)...and *those* tend to be the ppl on the forum.
and again *usually* the ones who go for Veilside are the kids who's only real experience in the import tuner world has consisted of F&F, black widow civics, and...well...Veilside lol. those, you'll hardly every find on the forum. and when they do, the official rx7 forum welcoming committee scares 'em away before they ever make their 2nd post, because they came on askin how much it would be to drop a veilside kit and chrome spinners on a 4 rotor FD lol
You see...Veilside is the ish if you're in that crowd. and ppl will pay top $$ for it too. Just think about it real quick...in the last decade, how many movies have you seen where C-west or j-spec products were at the forefront? when i try to do that, the only name and visual pic that comes to mind time and time again is...you guessed it...VEILSIDE. (gotta admit, it's a damn good marketing strategy haha)
