that will look good, I have 10% all around and its kind of tough to see at night with the windows up. 15% will look good and wont limit visibility too much.

Go 35% all way round. The backup lights in an FD aren't nearly bright enough to see behind you with 15%. Also, I think 15% is a hazard on the road for the side mirrors. You simply can't see non-lit object well enough (kids, pets, pedestrians, etc...) at night through 15%.

35% is plenty dark enough for heat and sun control and also dark enough to look good.

Anything darker than 25-30% really starts cutting into your night time visiability. I have alot of customers who tell me that they can see just fine through 5%, and I think they actually expect me to believe them. 15% is tough to see through as well. 20% is what I tell people is the breaking point between a film that I personally think is safe, and being too dark. Any window tint is obviously going to limit your visibility to some degree. I notice in my wifes car with 35% on the front rollups, if it's dark and we are looking for an address or something of the like, I crack the window because the little bit of tint on there makes it tougher to see details like that.

IMO, 20% is the best looking film, it's not so dark that it looks stupid and is a hazard, and isn't so light that it goes unnoticed. Blacked out window tint= gay and dangerous.

What are your state laws for tint? Might want to look into that because if you go darker than allowed, 5-0 could catch you and make you rip off what you just paid good money for.

I have had 5% on one car (dangerous), but switched to 20% on every other car since then (about 10).

With 20, I have never had any issue seeing anything, lit or not lit.

Besides the fact of it being dangerous, it's tacky as hell to have blacked out windows.

Not to mention that with blacked out windows, you'll look like every other civic on the road.

I have 30% sides and 15% rear. I love the sides but the back is just too dark at night. I think 30% all around is perfect.

5% all around(sides & back) and 35% on the windsheild... it looks sick to def

I see just fine... but during the day i have to allways wear sunglasses because I am super sensitive to light... maybe thats why i have such incredible nite vision. I once drove from south beach to ft lauderdale with no lights on because I didn't even notice that it was dark.

I dont use vision to drive anyway... I let the force guide me.
