Not interested in paying $350 for a new set from RHDJapan.

I know these guy's sell the head light kit but im not sure if they sell the plexiglass anyway good luck !

I was wondering if using regular plexiglass that you buy at Home Depot then put them in the over just enough so they are made pliable then laid on top of the OEM head light covers to get the shape then trim to fit. Kind of like this thread

Damn I forgot about my old thread. I used the same principle to make my sleek covers also.

would probably have to be vacuum formed but it is really cheap to do. Find someone in your area with the tools and they will do it if you have a template to go by.
