Pioneer head unit 7200 I think. W/ a Clarion 7 channel equalizer, 2 Alpine Type S 6 1/2's in back and 2 Boston 4" in the front dash. Powered by a 600w Alpine four channel. And hittin the bass is a 10" Kicker Comp sub powered by a Bazooka 250w amp. Sounds pretty damn good. Oh, I installed it myself.

alpine cda-9847, alpine 4" in the front, pioneer 6" in the back... all speakers ran from kx 350.4, and then hittin the bass is two audiobahn aw1206T flame Q subs powered by a kicker kx 1200.1 and a power akoustic 5 farad cap. I had a 2+2 so the sub amp and cap are mounted to the back seat, the 4 way mounted to the back of the box... wires ran under carpet and all that but exposed in the back because its temp install... want to get two kicker 12l7 or one 15l7... not sure which I want yet. I have another amp laying around thats about 800-1000 watts... i kinda wanna do two 10 in l7 and one 15 l7.... im a bass head and i love it

my brother and I did the install, I basically ran all the wiring and he double checked because it was the first system I ran myself....

alpine 9856, alpine type-rs all the way around (6.5"), crunch 1500.1, rockford fosgate cap, and some random knock off 15" sub. but im going to do a full polk-momo 400.4, momo 500.1 amp, 2 momo 6500 components, 2 momo 2124 12"s, sony headrest moniter, ps2, all the work done in fiberglass behind the seats. i do car audio installs and my friend is a beast at glassing.
oh, and i just picked up 2 sparco milano II's, and sparco 5 point harnesses (900$)

peace

Check the sticky in the 2nd gen specific section, there's a wiring diagram for hooking up your aftermarket radio. Easy as 1, 2, 3.

What do you mean? The ACC wire? That's the wire that turns on the power to the radio when the car is on. You have constant power (yellow wire) that supplies power to the headunit for things like the clock and memory presets, and ACC is what turns the radio on when the key is turned to ACC or ON.

ok, obviously you dont need to be trying to do ANYTHING dealing with electrical.
please, just stay away from audio stuff, let people like myself do it. go to circuit city or best buy, or somewhere that do guarenteed work and let them do it the right way.
OMG
3 main wires,
yellow- 12v ACC
red- constant 12v
black- ground

nuff said
just walk away and dont ask stupid questions

peace

But how did u wire it? Like did you use an installation kit, or cut the stock harness? Or what? I wired the stock and aftermarket wires together and it works, but I need yalls opinion on how I should have it setup before I put the surround back on.
