Looks like a pfs front end. It's also the old knightsports front end.

Most commonly PFS front end, but you can also get the less expensive/cheaper version from erebuni

Straight from PFSupercars.com

Are there other versions of it? I'd rather not give business to PFS and I think Erebuni is crap. The Knightsports is similar, but has the fog light openings which I don't like. Maybe the Feed Type I is closer?

it probably wouldnt be the erebuni since that one probably wont fit right and i havent seen any complaints from the PFS one yet. they probably use a KS mold and make there own

Actually, you can ask rxrotary2_7 how the erebuni fits. I am nearly 100% sure that his has the erebuni one. However, I am not sure if he bought it or if someone put it on before him, but he might be able to help you either way.

damn you ricky!! j/k lol. how have you been?

yeah, i have it. originaly it was an ok fit. if you can work with fiberglass it is not bad considering the price diference at the time. not sure of the difference these days, but back then it was about $900 for the PFS one??? and like $380 for the erebuni??? somthing like that.
when i took the cover off to cut it down to fit a FMIC on, it was off the car for a few days...i dont know if someone changed covers on me...but HOLY **** was the fitment off.
the hood i have is on there site (erebuni) (the one on the site is actualy mine) but i would not recomend that. i hate it so much. it just looks retarted IMO. (fitmant on that sucked *****. had to do tons of modifying to it, although it was the first one they did, dont know if they changed it at all but knowing them, they did not. it is functional.
overall i would not give business to erebuni again for a personal reason. but would also not pay the extra money for the *original* .for the money, an in your case, would go with the bumper cover. it does look nice once you get it on and painted. i will post a pic of it tonight hopefully.

here is a pic of the cover held on by just the hood pins and 2 bolts. does fit a little better after some messing with it.

I think this was covered in another post & that the PFS front end is a PFS product, designed by PFS and manufactured for them but somebody - not Knight Sport or Erebuni.

I still think its the best looking but the Apexi is a close second.

Is that gap between the hood and the bumper due to the hood or bumper being off? It looks good around the headlights.

the gap is only there because the hood pins were not put back on completely. it is usualy not there. also, there was only 2 bolts holding the cover on.
