Are there differences in body kit brands?

i've been looking around for different body kits and i have come across a lot of different brands, materials, and PRICES...

are there huge differences btwn original kits (cwest) and like the knock off cheaper versions (tracer body kit) ??

Is it worth buying the originals big name brands or would it be the same w/ the "knockoffs": fitament? material used? quality of product?

thx for the help

shine auto project makes great replicas. Sometimes theirs is better than original because they use flexible fiberglass, which won't crack like regular fiberglass.

shineauto makes great stuff, fdnewbie can get you great stuff. a few other places for certain kits. it would help if you would state what gen you have? depending on the gen will dictate where you should get a kit.

peace

wat about the vfiber originality made by vision autodynamics?
- their video shows a guy standing on top of the front bumper n shows that it's sturdy, and a video where the dude beats the hell out of the kit w/ a hammer and "no crack"

(i was thinkin about the cwest n1 kit) been looking around at autornd.. is there any place cheaper?

ya. since you have an fd, you have alot of options. personally, if you wanted something lowkey but still hot, contact fdnewbie. if you want something sweet looking maybe widebody(ish) contact shineauto. if you want to go off the deepend, look into veilside and brs.

peace

I would NOT recommend a fake/copy/ripoff/counterfit company.

I get so many calls from body shops telling me how terrible the fake VeilSide products are. Then they order the real one from me and have no more issues.

Also, with VeilSide, if you buy one of our products, you will get a warranty option that allows you to buy a replacement part for 50% off.
Is there another company that does that? I don't think so.
