Question Sub Placement?!?!?

Anyone have any ideas on where i can put my subs? i was hoping to get two 10" subs but i dont want them to be easily seen. My car was just broken into the other day (i had one 10" in a box in the back) and i dont want it to happen again...Anyway, i was thinking about making custom boxes where the "Glove Compartments" are...plus i need to think of a place for the amps and crossovers...i also thought about cutting a hole in the "floor" of the back deck and making a box under it, but im not sure if this is possible as i havent yet looked at the car to see whats under that...but any ideas will help

On a FB I generally recommend removing the storgae bins and adding four 8" across the storage bin area.

BTW: it generally helps if you mention what car you have when asking questions like this.

Any good stero shop can custom fabricate you an encloser for 2 10"'s And if you wget them down firing into the floor one they will hit better and two no one will see them. Ive got a single 12" down firing in my FC and I have hit 141DB. Ive also seen single 10's hit 136 with the right system. you might not need 2 10's if you get a really good single 10". Talk to a smaller stereo shop (one or two man operation) around where you are they will usually provide you a better service than the larger shops who want to get you in and out quickly. Might not be as fast gettign completed but ...... quality and skill is what you want.
