Question Rear wing for FD and wheel question

Hey guys,

I am currently building a RHD FD to be a replica of the Initial D car for a client.

I have a few questions on where I can source some body parts.

I already have all the mods and the car is stripped and primered, ready for paint. I need to find the rear wing and order it as soon as possible, today if I can find where andd the right wing.

I know the wing shown in the photo is the JDM A-spec rear wing. Does anyone know where I can find that or a similar wing?

Here's the MANGA photo the car is being modeled off of. Note that most are used to the version of the car in the Anime series which is slightly different than that from the manga...

I think the racing beat Type II wing may work but it's discontinued...

Or the knightsports wing.

Does anyone know where I can get any of these wings?

Also, I believe those are Mazdaspeed wheels. What type and where could I find them?

Input highly appreciated thanks all!

You should do the 4th stage FD, not this old one.

whaddup bro? ever fix your trans?

Anywho.
Why is he going with that mock up of the car?
I would think he would atleast want the older mazdaspeed GTC bumper

The knightsport wing has also been discontinued for a while so it will take alot of searching to find a used one. They still pop up now and again. That would match it alot closer than the RB wing.

As for the wheels themselves. Trying to find MS wheels will be a horrid adventure for you. Your best bet is to talk to Ramy (FDNewbie) about looking for them used in JP.

Yo man what's goin on I haven't talked to you in ages!! Yeah I got that tranny fixed and have since sold the car. I now have a new WRX (02 not a GC :-( ) and a Miata.
Honestly we're going with that mock up of the car because the owner owns an anime shop and wants the car that was in the original manga. Conveniently, it's also got the least mods needing to be done to the exterior.

Agreed that would be way badass but budget wouldn't allow it.

fdnewbie or JKL Racing Engineering should be able to source the A-Spec wing for you.

I don't think the Racing Beat, Mazdaspeed or '99 Spec wings are going to give you the look you are after. They are much lower than the Initial D wing. You'll want the Knightsports wing if you can find it:

Panspeed has one slightly more aggressive than the '99 Spec wing:

I agree with Mahjik...the Knightsport's wing is your best bet.
