Nice write up. I'm having my FD wet sanded by a detail shop. There are all kinds of very bad spots in the paint from something the prior owner let sit too long. I'm too chicken to try and do it myself. The spot we tested by wet sanding didn't completely come out. Even so, it helped a lot. The money I spend to have it completely wet sanded, polished, and waxed is going to be a whole lot cheaper than a repaint. I think I can live with the result.

Im starting to do the body work on my car. Im still a bit of a beginner and i learn as i go. I searched through google for almost an hour about wet and dry sanding but cant seem to find too much besides videos i cant afford. Ive started sanding down the left quarter panel so far. Do u have any tips for me to help me? Anything u can lead me to would be great.

Thanks a bunch
Fonzi
