yes...you do. Shouldn't be a problem selling the wheels though. I was looking at the SSRs...I should get coilovers and BBK first though.

Hmm I like those agio sports, they look expensive though. I want something with a fat lip, and I want the entire wheel satin black. Want to set this car off the right way.

Go with some BBS LMs (like you have always wanted) and get them powdercoated satin black. That would be a classic look that won't be out of fashion in a few months when you change your mind again

Well, problem with the LM's is that its tough to find them in any offset below 30 and I don't want to run spacers. Not to mention that the step lip is pretty small. I think I am just going to powdercoat my meisters all satin black.

I'm usually a fan of light one piece wheels. But if you're after heavy wheels...I would go for something like SSR Professor VF1's....I may buy a set for road use myself .

They do come in black ofc.

Thanks! I am leaving towards those wheels too.

Well its not, but I like to buy my items used that way when I change my mind I dont take as big of a loss when I go to sell it. For a $1000+ I would just fork over the money and get a set of HRE's.

I like those wheels, and I like them on that car, however, I really don't think it would work with my fd.

So many other things I need to buy that it seems kind of frivolous to drop more money on wheels.

I'd probably buy something different but out of the two, i'd say VSXX. Equip wheels are old, reminds me of supras and old skylines and will look a little outdated I think. VSXX is also an old design but mesh style never goes out of fashion.

this is the vsxx mockup

I think the car itself does not look good with a mesh wheel.

^^Needs more tire shine to pull off that look.

Regarding the LMs, I have heard that you can flip the barrels to get a lower offset/deeper dish. That might work...

Yes you can, but not enough, I think it only subtracts a few mm of offset. Not to mention that its going to run me close to 4k to get a set in 19". Here are the meisters in all black.

yuuuuuuuuum

Yeah, concave volks are pretty sexy but everyone has them. Everyone. Right now I have a line on a set of 19" work equips in some pretty sweet sizes & offsets that I am trying to get. Keeping my fingers crossed. Going to cost me a bloody fortune though.
