It took 9 coats of red (16 coats in total) and 48 hours of wet sanding and buffing. Should be perfect (knowing the painter and owner of the shop) and hopefully ready tonight/tomorrow. Easily a 8-10k paint/body work job. Amazing.....

awesome! Been away for a while but back in it now. Last month cost me over $2700 in unexpected expenses so I've been bummed on everything. Glad to see the car making the homestretch...looks freakin' awesome!!!

Thanks C, and Eddie I shot you a PM. Got my 2002 cluster in today:

obviously a mock up, but you can kind of get an idea of the boost gauge concept, I am contemplating just getting a spirit-r cluster, didn't realize how beautiful it really was.

99,2002 and spirit-r cluster

your guess is as good as mine, I havent gotten an updated finish time, it was supposed to be "any day" last Saturday. Sometime this week, I guess, you will be the first to know when I find out.

Thanks! The rears are perfect, I couldnt ask for any more, looks like it came from Mazda that way. Why anyone would ever want to do rivets is beyond me, other then the immense cost difference.

But I'm going for a track car look, rather than a luxury look like yours.

Looks great Brian. Is there a part to attach to the fuel filler cover to make it more flush? Or is that already fitted?

Ceylon.

The kit did not come with a bracket to extend the fuel door, and my bodyshop forgot to do it. I was talking to bewtew and he said it was very easy to do with a simple bracket.

Cool - Please post pics of the bracket, as it would help me do mine later on

FEED rear arches. But unlike most, these have been molded in. Looks great imo.
