PII, Win2k, 100GB, MP3 Player...Possible?
I am contemplating trying to place a computer in the dashboard of the 1983 GSL that I will be purchasing within a month or so. It is an old PII AT motherboard that I will be installing a stripped down version of Windows 2k and a 100GB HDD on. This will be strictly a MP3 box with the only deviation being maybe a connection to my BCT-8 scanner. I do not want to install an optical drive in the car and will be simply removing the hdd to add/remove software and files. I would need to do a lot of custom work to mount it, if it is even possible to fit the mobo, hdd, gpu, soundcard, power supply, LED screen, and cooling system in the dashboard/jockey box area.
I am having a hard time finding sites where people have done similar projects in cars and I was unable to find any relevant posts on this site. Any relevant links or words of advice are greatly appreciated.

Links no longer required.
Just remembered where I had seen a Chrysler Laser whose owner had put a computer in it and found the links I needed.

sounds like a cool idea. rather than having to take the HD out of the car every time you want to swap files, why not add some USB or Firewire ports?
