Car MP3 CD Players

Car MP3 CD Players
Well, I'm tired of my current CD player (yes BOSE system). Over the winter I'm going to be pulling my interior panels to repaint them so I thought I would replace my head unit while I'm at it.
My questions are for anyone that has or has used a MP3 CD unit:
How well do they work for playing MP3's from CD's?
Do they read the entire CD before playing when it's first inserted?
I have MP3 cd's that I play at work but they have sub folders, can the car MP3 players read sub-directorys or will they need to be reburn without any directories?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
Most newer CD players play burned CDs, but you can't put directories on there, I don't think, or else they won't read them.
It used to be that you had to change all the MP3s to .Wav and then burn them on a CD... I'm not sure how it works now.

Actually, I found the answer to one question on their site:
Q. Does the CDC-MP3 support directory structures, and if so is there a limit to recursion depth?
A. The CDC-MP3 supports file directory levels as deep as eight due to restrictions by ISO9660.
If anyone who has used any of these types of receivers can provide some input as to how well they work, that would be great.

Yellow Dragon is no more
I've used the Kenwood and it is so-so .... I've also read several reviews about MP3 players. I know the navigation of the MP3 folders on the CD player is still a little flaky. Also, the naming thing becomes a pain the butt when you are recording the CD. Some players only like 8.3 format. It works ok and the MP3s sound as good as they will. Get one if you reall must have MP3s else wait another year till they get everything worked out.

I'm just tired of having half of my CD collection unplayable in the current Bose system. I figured if I was going to replace it, I would get one with MP3 capabilities.
I might re-think it and wait a while for a good one.
