+1, I've had one with and without paint. Although, the painted one looked amazing, the paint will most definitely start chipping once you actually drive the car. Starts to look like crap and too much of a hassle to continually repair/fix. I'd stick with the original plastic and not paint it. Just my $.02

 

i would paint it. just for the hell of it
