if im correct i dont believe there is a genuwine 99 spec bumper w/o the plate holder. But there are a couple of replicas that were made that dont have the holder. I think pettit made one....or peter farrell. One of them did!

 

whoops ****, forgot pics of the eastbear+99 spec u wanted. I posted some earlier in the thread and thats all i had, it isnt the actual 99 bumper but it is the same style with a molded on lip. just cover the lip with your hand..hehe. it belongs to someone on the board and they posted the pics before the paint job... so yea
