The metra kit has a provision for a pocket, but IMO there are no decent kits for the FC. You are better getting a pocket from Toyota and building your own if looks are important.

Others will have to support this idea cause I am not 100% sure, but when I had my 91, I was looking for cupholders and a few people stated that the stock cupholders in some cars will fit perfectly in a double din setup w/ a single din receiver. Like I said, I am not sure on which cars they were, but post something in the 2nd gen section. Vosko might know, he knows everything
Good luck

I did that thing with the cupholder, it was out of a Ford taurus wagon. I think Volvo or Saab had one too. I used an install kit from Crutchfield. I works good, but if you have a pop {or beer}
in the holder, you will change stations if you shift to hard.

I couldnt find a kit for my FC so I made my own.
Everyone thinks that I got it installed by some pro. I used some really hard black cardboard that I had in my closet. I used cardboard because thats all I had and I just wanted to make a "prototype" to see what it would look like. I'll try to get pictures of my "kit".

I've done 2 or 3 stereo installs & everytime I just went to Best buy or circuit sity for everything. I put a single DIN with a pocket in my friends Amigo that had a double. Kit was like $20 at Best buy. If you go to the installation dept they have everything.

yeah, but arent the kits at best buy like, ludicrously expensive? Its been a while since I have had to install a stereo, but I think that I remember it being like, 40bux for just the little installation kit. Eek, you might want to think about making your own.
