you can use sems dye to do teh dash and door panels just dont try to use it on anything plastic as it is a dye and wont soak in to the plastic

Sems makes a primer for painting plastics... Works fine with me, but I prefer doing it another way, I did my 1980 RX-7 like 7 years ago with a custom mix of PPG, it was an awesome burg. with a purplish tint to it. I used primer, paint and a Prevail sprayer worked great and its still on there! After 7 years, actually 2 of which its been sitting next to garage in the sun (bad motor, one day will fix but my 1985 and 1990 need attn first) Good luck
