I have owned several Infinity components.
Very nice stuff for the money, but the basslink seems rather expensive.
I guess if $$ isn't an object, I would try one out. I'm sure they are more than decent.
On a budget (as I am) I would recommend a Kappa or Perfect "standard" Infinity sub, particularly since I already have amplification.

I found them cheap
I found a place that sells them for $277. Just give me some time to find it again... the link was lost on my other crashed computer. But I found the place doing a google search under "infinity bass link" the only thing was, since they weren't a"authorized dealer of Infinity" They didn't give warrenties, kind of like those companies from New York in the back of Car and Driver magazine. The stuff is real, and cheap, just make sure you got your order straight....no what I mean.

Ebay has these for ~180-200. I've been told they're quite good for our cars, as they've got small cabins. I'll probably be getting one in a while since this means i don't have to buy a separate amp

I bought one about 4 months ago ($220 off ebay with the remote)
Couldn't be happier. Install is super easy, very good build quality, nice tight bass, and easy to tweak/tune.
Plus you still have some trunk space left
Seriously though, if I was doing it all over again I'd still choose the Basslink. Very good product.
You wont be dissappointed, unless you only listen to rap and want window shattering bass.
If your re-doing you're whole setup (even if you have the bose) I'd buy a new headunit, some high end component speakes for the front, and the basslink in back..dont even bother running rear speakers.
Thats what I did and Im amazed with the difference.

I will probabily be selling this basstube, its not the basslink, but it wont be $250...
The car I am buying has one and i am planning on putting two MA AUDIO 10's in it and getting rid of the basstube that is currently in it. Dont know anything about it besides this:
I will probabily also have the bose soundwave (out of the hatch) for sale.

I have one of these in my daily driver (Acura RSX). I would imagine it would sound similar in a RX-7 since the interior space is about the same. I am very happy with it. The build quality is great and I think that it has very good bass and sounds very clean. I definately recommend it.
